Lt Navdeep Singh , was born on 08 Jun 1985 at Gurdaspur
(PB) and he was commissioned in Indian Army in 2011. He
sacrificed his life in High Altitude Area of line control in Gurez
Sector (J&K) during encounter with terrorists. He was
awarded Ashok Chakra Posthumously on 26 Jan 2012 on
Republic Day Ceremony.
